I love your factors for scoring ideas - sometimes you think of a 'home run', but then you *really* start thinking about things like how big the market actually is, and the dreaded Google search of how many others are doing something similar. Your app will help qualify the good, and doable!, ideas faster. Only thing is you're saying it helps with validation - from my understanding the only way to *validate* the idea is to put it in front of your target customers - have you got a way to promote an idea to a market segment? Maybe something to think of a solution for - could ideas be shared/promoted in some way to get early validation?
