Ideaverse Pro is a ready-to-use vault for Obsidian. It helps you organize your notes, connect your ideas, and actually use what you've captured.

I pulled my credit card out at lightning speed for this one -- been counting down the days to launch as I'm already obsessed with V1/1.5 but the new additions (the quick adds, the wayfinders, the new workflows...!!) were such no-brainer value-adds to the setup. I'm already in the process of going through the videos and getting myself set up. Thank you for all of the time & energy you've poured into this, Nick & team. You're all legends!
@iamkatelizabeth Hey Kat, thrilled that you're already diving straight into Ideaverse Pro 2! You're right - the quick adds are a huge new improvement that make it easier to bring in those new ideas. No more debating which folder does it go in or worrying about formatting the note, the QuickAdd setup Nick has built out streamlines it all.
Thanks so much for supporting the launch and hope you continue enjoying the new lessons, workflows, and all of the new additions!

@nickmiloWow ... what a huge upgrade! I have just gone through the pack and there is so much more in addition to the version 1.5, which I have been using so far and already enjoyed so much. I can't even imagine how much work this must have been and which I have now saved doing myself for reaching this level of sophistication in using Obsidian. And the best of all is that I will now save so much more time in my ongoing use given all the efficient structural elements and navigation which you and the team have built in. And that is not to mention the beautiful design, which makes it even more fun using this tool every day. Thank you so much - this is absolutely priceless!
@ralfx Hey Ralf, the whole team was thrilled with this share, especially knowing how much you've enjoyed Ideaverse Pro 1.5 and how impactful Linking Your Thinking has been.
I hope to hear more on the wayfinders not just help you navigate more easily but gain new perspectives as you move between notes and maps to gain more context. The updates to ACE are also quite game-changing, particularly this refined meeting notes workflow Nick has implemented. Wishing you a great time as you continue to explore all of the refined and expanded features here in Ideaverse Pro 2!
Thanks again for supporting the launch, Ralf!

Thank you so much for this update! The original Ideaverse Pro completely transformed the way I use Obsidian — I went from spending too much time tweaking my system to actually focusing on notemaking. After seven months in the amazing LYT community and workshops, my notemaking skills have grown immensely.
I'm now really excited to take my PKM system to the next level with Ideaverse 2.0. Everything I’ve seen so far feels like a game-changing improvement — no unnecessary gimmicks, just powerful, customisable features that make a real difference.
@kristina_hakansson Hi Kristina, thank you so much for supporting the launch!

I couldn't agree more with what you've shared here! Ideaverse Pro 2 continues that goal of helping users work in the system rather than constantly working on the system by providing a lot of structure that, while easily adaptable, means it all doesn't have to be built from the ground up.
It's been amazing seeing your notemaking progress over the past several months and I look forward to hearing how Ideaverse Pro 2 continues to support your notemaking in the future as well. Thanks again for sharing, Kristina!

I've been eagerly awaiting the release of Ideaverse Pro 2.0 and it does not disappoint! The built-in onboarding process is well-considered, meeting the needs of beginners and experts alike. The team has included a wealth of features that work right out of the box. A really thoughtful feature is that the video tutorials teach the user how to replicate various templates and workflows, giving you the tools and confidence to personalize your system in countless ways.
This is so much more than a well-designed, beautiful product (although it is all that!) - it's a philosophy wrapped in a community. My heartfelt thanks and congratulations to the whole team.
@tamara_kraal Hi Tamara, wow - thank you so much for these kind words and support. 🙏
It's so fantastic to hear that so much of Ideaverse Pro 2 has been resonating for you. Seeing you notice that the onboarding is even better designed than the original is so great to hear and we hope it continues to be helpful for all. Whether you're brand new to Obsidian or PKM or have been working in both for years, we've aimed Ideaverse Pro 2 to be impactful for all.
I can't wait to hear what you think as you continue to explore the notes, maps, lessons, workflows, and everything Ideaverse Pro 2 has to offer, Tamara. It's so great hearing that it's made such a great first impression! Thanks again.

Ideaverse Pro has already been an ingenious product, creating much like a guided interface for Obsidian that facilitates ideamaking and linking.
For the v2, the group around Nick went deep to integrate feedback received for v1, and also they built a complete course around the application of the facilitated linking and knowledge management. Sure, there were guides before, but now they provide coherence in that they provide structure without losing the primary goals of ideation and creativity. I look forward to delving deeper into the setup and discovering more pre-thought help to facilitate my linking and thinking!
Thanks a ton to the team for making such a dedicated effort. This is the best attestation to their tools, as they put their teaching into practice!
@mathias_rhein Hey Mat, great to see you here and thank you for this really valuable share!
You're right, the guides and lessons have been completely redesigned to be more connected, and engaging in this 2.0 update. We tied them to the practical workflows and how they will help someone rather than front-loading what it can all do. While Ideaverse Pro 2 can do a lot, this has meant that users are thinking about how they can apply this to their interests, their work, their ideas, rather than getting caught up in the newness of the feature itself.
The results have been fantastic so far and I can't wait to hear more on how users are furthering their thinking and creativity through Ideaverse Pro, and, with the flexibility of the structure, personalizing it along the way!
Thanks again for supporting the launch, Mat!

This is a living system for living thinkers 💗
Discovered that Ideaverse Pro 2's live while spending a lovely weekend afternoon fiddling around with @Ideaverse Pro — excited to check out the update!
For those new to the concept, I think of Ideaverse Pro as an invitation more than a PKM system. Nick doesn’t hand you a sterile template; he gives you a map drawn from his own notes, showing the terrain as he’s explored it himself. That’s SO rare (and so needed—thanks @nickmilo!). Most systems tell you “how” without ever showing their own messy, lived process. Nick ALWAYS leads by example (it's literally his brand), offering safe passage into the unknown—whether that’s the ideaverse, PKM, or your own infinite mind.
The prebuilt vault is rich without being overwhelming (once you find your entry point), & the ACE structure (Atlas, Calendar, Efforts) has been invaluable for balancing my “big picture” thinking with actionable projects. One of few PKM systems that truly respect both depth + flexibility without sacrificing either.
Neurodivergent thinkers will appreciate how this system acknowledges complexity instead of flattening it (and calls it out directly: think Gall's Law :)). If yours is a nonlinear, associative mind, this doesn’t force you into rigid structure. It gives scaffolding to grow, connect, & navigate your own beautiful chaos.
If inhabiting a PKM system, making it yours, & growing with it appeals to you more than “instant clarity”, you're bound to love exploring this framework, which honours complexity, curiosity, & connection. Have fun! 🥳
@nadja_bester Thank you so much for supporting the launch, Nadja! Your words mean a lot here and you've chosen them so wonderfully.
I agree completely, this isn't a sterile system that's appealing initially but later difficult to actually work in, Ideaverse Pro is a system with lived-in example notes and the Zero vault is built to grow with you over time rather than capture things solely where they're at today.

I hadn't thought of it this way before, but you're absolutely right. It strikes a balance of thoughtfully designed yet adaptable along the way and we're really thrilled with the end-result of that!
