ImagineIf just launched on the App Store β€” here's what's inside the native app

byβ€’

Hey everyone πŸ‘‹

Quick update for anyone who's been following ImagineIf β€” the iOS app just went live on the App Store.

If you haven't seen ImagineIf before: it's a collaborative storytelling platform where people write stories together, one 280-character segment at a time, and AI generates a visual for every single contribution automatically. Stories branch based on community choices.

What the native app adds over the PWA:

- Native push notifications β€” get notified when someone continues your chain

- Apple Sign-In + native Google Sign-In

- Save AI-generated story visuals to your camera roll

- Haptic feedback, smooth native animations

- Full gamification system: XP, levels, streaks, badges, leaderboard

App Store: https://apps.apple.com/app/imagineif-story-chains/id6759722274

Web (PWA): https://imagineif.app

Android is in closed testing and should be available soon.

Would love to hear from anyone who tries it β€” especially curious what kind of story chains you end up creating.

β€” Tugay

New feature dropped: Share directly to Instagram & TikTok πŸ“²

You can now share your story cards directly to Instagram Stories, Instagram Feed, and TikTok β€” without leaving ImagineIf.

  • Instagram Stories β†’ one tap, opens story compose with your card ready

  • Instagram Feed β†’ opens post compose directly

  • TikTok β†’ saves card to gallery, opens TikTok

The card itself is AI-generated (1080Γ—1350, 4:5 ratio β€” no crop warnings). It shows the story title, contributor count, countries, and the chain owner's avatar.

Would love to hear feedback from anyone who tries it!
