Intercom seems to always add features around the same time that I begin to want them. This was something I had recently been looking into for our team so I was quite happy when I saw this on the site. There are some aspects I wish I had more control over, but overall this is a fantastic addition to Intercom that I'm sure will help our team be more productive.
Pros:This feature helps our team save time by automatically recommending articles we've already written. It's a real time saver.
Cons:I wish that we had more control over how and when it suggested articles.
