Build internal tools fast on top of your data. Whether it's a simple button to reset user passwords or a complex tool to audit data across multiple databases, allow anyone in your company to build internal tools, fast. No code or SQL knowledge required.
@rrhoover here are some examples:
1. Support lookup tool: Allows customer service reps (with permissions) to quickly view relevant data from your company database alongside ticket details (e.g. from Zendesk of Hubspot) in order to resolve customer issues quickly
2. Refund tool: Allows anyone (with permissions) to view customer orders from your company database, view previous Stripe payments, and issue refunds - all from one tool.
3. Onboarding tool: Allows anyone (with permissions) to quickly check the status of customers who are onboarding, review information, and create/update records.
4. Cross-datasource CRUD tool: Allows anyone (with permissions) to create, read, update, and delete data across your company database (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase) and business apps like Google Sheets, Salesforce, Zendesk, Hubspot) — in a single interface.
5. Data mapping: Allows anyone (with permissions) to view data from multiple tables (or even systems) side by side, and map records together.
6. Easy CRM integration: Allows anyone (with permissions) to use data from your company database to quickly create a new lead or opportunity in Salesforce or Hubspot.

@rrhoover@arisa_amano1 I am seeing this will accelerate portal/dashboard development for flexible headless platforms that do not offer user tooling.
@rrhoover@arisa_amano1 We're using it to handle common workflows from one place, which has the added benefit of not forgetting to do certain steps! Such as:
1. Approve/reject admin request and then send email
2. Apply gift card credit to an account
3. Manually input donations made through external sources (like mailed checks) which requires updates to multiple tables
After receiving a lot of feedback and requests from our users, Internal just got a massive upgrade! It's now very flexible, allowing you to mix and match components to create the internal tools you need, without code or SQL. We've also added many more integrations, and all of them are designed to be super easy to add. Please check it out and let us know what you think.

@arisa_amano1 Hey how's it going! I was just checking out the tool on your site. I'm very much a non technical type person just looking to create some custom internal tools for restaurant use. How does the end user access these... dare I call them apps? Thanks for what I'm sure was a ton of hard work.
Hey all, thanks to everyone that is leaving comments and joining the discussion.
I'm one of the founders of Internal. @arisa_amano1 and I created Internal because we stepped back after having built an admin console at our last company and realized that we kept building these things over and over again and they were always terrible. The root cause was because we never had enough product, design and engineering resources to work on internal tools AND our core product. As a result our customer support teams and operations staff were always underserved and engineers wound up wasting a ton of time running adhoc scripts. Internal was designed to be the admin console that we always wanted to build but never had the resources to do so. We hope you like it and would love to hear feedback! Thanks for checking us out.

Hey @arisa_amano1 , congrats on the launch. How does Internal compare to Retool?
@ugo_alves Great question! Unlike Retool, Internal doesn’t require you to know code or be a SQL expert. Anyone can use it, but it still has the advanced features engineers want. We designed it this way because we’ve heard from so many engineering teams that they’re tired of maintaining their internal tools forever and don’t want to be the only ones that can make updates. Internal tools get outdated so quickly so it’s a real problem.
@arthur_benhamou I'm sure you had to spend quite a bit of time building internal tools for a scooter company :) We have a demo environment that is for a fictitious scooter company - definitely a strong use case there.
Looks like a very useful service, especially eliminating the need to code!
On a side note I left two annotated comments here in relation to your value proposition and social proof on your landing page :) https://app.usebubbles.com/43d67...
