Hey amazing people of Product Hunt👋

by

I’m new here and really excited to join this awesome community full of such great energy.

In just a couple of days I’m planning to launch my very first SaaS app here on PH 🚀

Since this is my first launch, I’d love to hear from you, do you have any tips, tricks, or lessons learned from your own experiences?

Every little insight helps and I’d truly appreciate your advice ❤️

"Hey Ejon! I just wanted to give you a huge shoutout for launching your first launch - this is really exciting!

I'm Sulaiman and I too will be launching my first launch soon of my AI tool PrePilot. However, I can share some of my best tips I have picked up in my two months of planning:

  1. Prep Your Network NOW: The day before the launch, send personalized messages (not mass emails) out to your closest friends/supporters and ask them to comment (not upvote) about 5 minutes after you launch (at your launch time - midnight PST). Comments are extremely important early!

  2. Story (The 'Why'): Do not just list features. The first Maker Comment on your launch should be your personal pain point when you decided to create the product. People upvote solutions, but they also want to follow a story.

  3. Engage, Engage, Engage: Be prepared to comment/reply all day on launch day to every single comment and question. The human interaction is the Product Hunt experience.

Good luck with your launch in a few days! What are you most excited about featuring?"

@sulaiman_ahmed Thanks for the awesome tips and best of luck with your launches too! 🙌

Coming from the construction industry, I was always juggling different projects at the same time, and my inbox turned into chaos. That pain point led us to build an AI-powered email + task management tool in one place. Super excited to share it on launch day!

Would love to hear you story too :)

Sulaiman Ahmed

@ejon_duka That makes a lot of sense, Ejon; the chaos caused by trying to juggle different projects (especially with construction) is exactly the kind of fragmentation that leads to the productivity killer.

Sounds like our tools were produced from the same headache! My biggest challenge was typically the chaos of bringing context right before a meeting, which is why PrePilot focuses exclusively on that context moment. In fact, we tackle the same overarching problem - 'Inbox and Project Overload' - just from a different angle:

  • Your objective is to consolidate email and tasks in one place.

  • PrePilot: Solves it through the complete historical context we deliver 30-minutes before every call (proactively pre-briefing).

That's a great idea for an AI (and email) and task management product you are building out. I'm excited to see what you create!

As a fellow builder focusing on the same productivity space, I would love to support your development. I will be regularly following your project , meanwhile i want you to keep an eye on my threads as i will be leaving a link to my landing page, and if you register with your email address on my upcoming page, I'll personally grant you 6 months of unlimited PrePilot usage once we launch. We can give each other feedback on our products!

I am curious: Did you notice your users believed the task management, or the email management part was the hardest for them to onboard?

Ejon Duka

@sulaiman_ahmed Really appreciate your thoughtful message! Totally agree, the “inbox and project overload” problem shows up in so many ways. Excited to see how PrePilot tackles it from the context/briefing angle, that’s such a smart focus.

Thanks a ton for offering early access, I’ll definitely keep an eye on your updates and would love to try PrePilot. Let’s keep in touch and share feedback - feels like we’re solving two sides of the same problem.

Great question! From what I’ve seen so far, most people feel the email management side is the harder part to onboard, mainly because everyone has their own habits and workflows around their inbox. Task management feels more natural, since people are already used to creating to-dos and checklists.

That said, once users experience the two working together, the value really clicks — they see how much time they save by not jumping between tools.

Welcome to Product Hunt! 🎉 Exciting times ahead with your first launch 🚀

A few tips from experience:

1️⃣ Engage early – reply to comments quickly and authentically; it makes a huge difference.

2️⃣ Show your story – why you built it, the problem it solves, and your journey. People connect with founders, not just products.

3️⃣ Leverage your network – share your launch with friends, communities, and relevant social channels without spamming.

4️⃣ Collect feedback – PH users are amazing for honest insights, use it to iterate fast.

Curious: what’s the core problem your SaaS solves?

Ejon Duka

@ritik_ranjan Hey Ritik,
Thanks so much for the warm welcome and these great tips!
Really appreciate you sharing your experience.

The core problem our SaaS solves is email overload and lack of task visibility. Using AI specialized for teams, Sorsend turns emails into clear tasks and priorities. We built it because we saw how frustrating it is for managers and employees to miss tasks, lose context, and constantly chase updates.

When was your last time launching on PH?

Big congrats Ejon! on getting ready for your first launch. The most successful launches I’ve seen on Product Hunt often come from founders who share their story in a simple and clear way. I’d love to hear what angle you’re thinking of using to introduce your app.
Ejon Duka

@nargis_khatun1 Thanks Nargis!

Describing the pain point is very crucial. Would you suggest to write that on the comment of launch post?

Andrei Günter

Nice to meet you. Welcome and enjoy your time. Where are you from?

Ejon Duka

@malaneo Hi Andrei, nice to meet you too.

I am originally from Albania, but I have been living in Austria for 8 years now, and our company is based here.

What about you? :)

Andrei Günter

@ejon_duka

I am from Germany and our company is also based here.

Anastasia Liamets

Hey Ejon, good luck with your launch!

I'm Anastasia, a founding team at Floqer – we'll be launching soon too.

Sharing some of my tips that I used 1 year ago launching Milestone.io – been #1 of the day, week, #1 SaaS of the month:

1. Golden rule – just have a great product, follow the checklist and make sure everything works. Take into account all technical nuances, from user journey, nurturing sequences and team responsibilities.

2. Storytelling – share a genuine story on why and how you built your product, target pain points and explain clearly on how it's gonna help. Prepare simple and clear messages in visuals, both video and pictures.

3. Ask your friends to share the launch and support you in first couple of hours. The momentum is powerful, if you win in the first hours after launch - it's gonna have a snowball effect.

4. Plan your day well + no distractions.

Hope it helps. What's your main goal of launching here?

Ejon Duka

@anliamets Thanks so much, Anastasia, I really appreciate you taking the time to share these tips. They’re super practical and really encouraging to read, especially coming from someone who’s already been through the journey and found success with Milestone.io.

Our main goal with this launch is to get traction and feedback from people as early as possible. We don’t want to develop endlessly in a vacuum, instead, we want to see how people actually use the product, what resonates, and where we should improve next. Launching here feels like the right step to learn fast, connect with people, and keep building in the right direction.
Do you feel the same way about this?
