Hey everyone, I’m Pranay 👋

I’m a product generalist and zero‑to‑one builder based in India. Over the last few years I’ve worked across B2B and B2C, building everything from VR training simulators for the Indian Army to virtual events platforms and SaaS tools.

My background is a mix of product, design, and growth:

• I’ve shipped products end‑to‑end: research, UX, roadmapping, execution, and GTM.

• I enjoy messy, ambiguous 0→1 problems more than polishing at scale.

• I care a lot about pricing, positioning, and how products actually get used in the real world.

A few threads that run through most of my work:

• Turning vague ideas into concrete MVPs that can be tested with real users.

• Using AI as leverage for discovery, UX, and execution (not as a replacement for judgment).

• Obsessing over language – the words we use to sell are often as important as the features.

Outside of client work and products, I mentor other builders, write about product/tech/careers, and experiment with side projects around product thinking and decision‑making.
