My Story: Cutting Through the Noise

I ve always believed great ideas start with simple frustration. Mine began while staring at endless supplement shelves, unsure what was real. I realized the world of dietary supplements is full of noise, conflicting claims, and a huge lack of scientific transparency.

I am Jack.
I've been working on something called AI Bytes and thought this might be the right place to share it. Basically, it's my attempt to make AI resources a bit more organized and accessible - kind of like having a personal AI newsletter that actually gets read.

What started as a way to keep track of interesting AI developments from hugging face spaces for myself has turned into this little corner where I curate bite-sized AI content. No grand ambitions here, just trying to make the overwhelming world of AI a bit more digestible one byte at a time.
