I'm SunTzu, a solo developer.

Two things nearly stopped me when I started studying for IT certifications. First: every decent study resource assumes English is your first language. Mine isn't. Subnetting is hard enough without translating it in your head at the same time. Second: the real skill these exams test is not intelligence, it is showing up every single day, and nothing I found was built for that.

So I built the tool I kept wishing existed: CertOwl, five-minute daily lessons for the CompTIA exams, spaced repetition flashcards, and full exam simulations, in six languages, working fully offline. I made the complete A+ and Network+ tracks free, because that is where everyone starts and where most people give up.

It launches here on Product Hunt tomorrow morning, which for a one-person team is equal parts exciting and terrifying.

I'm Johan G mez, founder of Scalari.
My background is in marketing, business strategy, and analytics, where I've spent years helping B2B companies make better decisions using data. Across companies of different sizes, I kept seeing the same problem: organizations were investing in more software every year, but making decisions wasn't getting any easier.

Instead of having too little data, leaders had too much of it spread across CRMs, marketing platforms, finance tools, and dozens of other applications that rarely worked together. They spent more time gathering information than acting on it.

Over the past couple of years I ve been building infrastructure for data platforms and AI systems. My background is in analytics engineering, cloud data platforms, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and AWS, but lately my focus has shifted toward building products rather than consulting.

My current project is pg-cdc, an open-source PostgreSQL Change Data Capture platform that continuously publishes changes to modern data lake formats like Parquet and Apache Iceberg. The motivation came from seeing teams spend weeks wiring together Debezium, Kafka, connectors, and custom pipelines when many simply want reliable, governed data flowing into their analytics or AI stack.

More broadly, I m fascinated by how AI agents will consume operational data. I believe the next generation of software won t just answer questions it will perform work autonomously. That requires fresh, trustworthy, permission-aware business context, and I think data infrastructure is becoming a critical part of the AI stack.
