As a solopreneur and developer, I kept running into the same problems when trying to use AI tools to build my projects: 1. **Cloud Lock-in & Costs**: Constantly paying subscription fees for cloud-based AI tools where I don t own the execution flow. 2. **Context Fragmentation**: Dispatched AI agents frequently "forget" the broader roadmap context or what they did in the previous step. 3. **Data Privacy**: Reluctance to upload proprietary codebase directories or idea drafts to external databases. That s why I built SoloMap: a **local-first AI roadmap and agent task coordinator** that lives entirely inside VS Code. ### How it works: 1. **Initialize**: Run the extension, choose a project folder, and SoloMap creates a starter roadmap node. 2. **Generate & Refine**: Let your local agent CLI (like Antigravity `agy`, Claude Code, or Codex) modify and write the real `roadmap.csv` in your folder. 3. **Execute**: Expand any roadmap node to launch a dedicated conversation in VS Code s integrated terminal. 4. **Handoff Memory**: The extension writes a lightweight handoff file (`.solopreneur/step-memory/.json`) detailing file changes and completions. Future runs read this memory so your local agent is always fully aligned with prior progress. ### Why local-first? By keeping roadmaps, SQLite logs, and step session histories inside your project folder under `.solopreneur/`, you can **commit your agent environment to Git**. Your workspace state moves with your code. You can switch computers, review diffs, and work completely offline without relying on a remote SaaS database. I started building InfraOne because I kept seeing the same things like everyone students, engineers, and developers were curious about AI, but got literally stuck before they could even actually try anything.

They would find a model on Hugging Face or github or from friends, follow steps from ChatGPT or Gemini, and then spend hours dealing with Python versions, PyTorch, CUDA, dependencies, GPU issues, or setup errors.
like a war with dependencies and then give up ......

Most people are not trying to become AI researchers on day one. They just want to run a model, change something, see the output, and understand how AI works by practicing.

Just discovered Product Hunt, looking for feedback on launching, product, and GTM in general

Hello Product Hunt!
I am the maker of EveOwl. I have vibe coded a tool for myself (hate the current solutions) and am ready to Go To Market. The tool is a Conversational Search Agent - Product Comparison Tool with a few value props over existing solutions. As in the headline - I want feedback! My product is fully functioning with family/friends live usage, and I have set up A/B landing pages. One is a marketing page with value prop, pain points, and instrucitons on how to use the tool with a CTA to get to the tool. The other is landing straight on the tool itself with somewhat busy instructions (open to advice on that). Given the timing of my GTM and just now discovering this community, I still want to launch right after the 1 week waiting period. I welcome tips on launching, feedback on my tool/UX, and any market insights you might have on the conversational search agent or product comparison world. I have no idea what to expect but I am going full speed ahead!
