I am Siddhartha from Assam, India. I am an architect and have a construction firm. I got into software products when i realized current accounting and project management tools couldn't fulfill all the requirements I had as an architect. Some of the issues i had were -
1. Complicacy - required a dedicated person to handle.
2. Missing features - didn't have features that were required to allow more intuitive use of the software
3. Didn't meet Project based Firm's requirements
4. Couldn't Track data to the absolute detail and co-relate among different stages of work.
There weren't a proper project management and accounting software that could solve all of my requirements.
So i decided to get into it. This was a year ago, and I knew absolutely (even now) nothing about anything related to software. Never built one, Never dealt with any and absolutely nothing about coding.
I looked for tools that could help me make a software with prompts. I found Firebase. being a google product, i assumed I could use that. On and Off, it took me about 6 months to get the hang of it all. I have developed a product that is tuned to my requirements, I still do not know how it could serve others. Its still under development. Along with that, just about a month ago, I truly delved into the developers' world. I am researching, learning and experimenting with new things every day. I am looking forward to making something worthwhile, and looking forward for support and feedbacks. Will share my products very soon!

I've been building a lightweight CPU monitor for macOS called rNitro real-time CPU usage, temperature, clock speed, and per-core breakdown, plus a menu bar mode so you can keep an eye on things without a full window open.

A few things it does:

• Live thermal state display (driven by macOS's actual thermal signal, not a guessed number)

• Per-core CPU breakdown

• In-game overlay HUD (like MSI Afterburner's OSD) shows CPU%, GPU%, temp, and RAM on top of fullscreen games, click-through, doesn't steal input

• One-command install via a self-verifying shell script, or a signed DMG if you'd rather just drag it into Applications

It's free, Apple Silicon native, and I'm actively iterating on it based on feedback. Would love for people to try it and tell me what's missing or broken.

I ve been spending a lot of time thinking about a problem that feels bigger than just another hosting panel :

server management is still too fragmented, too dependent on add-ons, and often not built with isolation, security, and developer workflows in mind from the start.

As investors ourselves, we found fatal contradictions in pitches that we couldn't inform the founders, as being heavily critical to an unknown hard working founder is really tough. I have been using A LOT of AI lately, mostly due to work and some personal projects, and I felt its convenience and models that keep getting smarter started to build an overreliance and started clouding my independent thinking, and my thoughts started feeling generic like the AI outputs.
And then I ended up coming across 10+ papers that supported this finding. So I built Cogni for myself, a tool that essentially sits on top of your claude/chatgpt sessions (other platforms coming soon) and intervenes when you are over-relying on AI, asking you to pause and think first before just asking these tools for help.
A lot of my friends also noticed this, so I slowly shared it with them as well. When they started noticing improvements in their thinking, I thought this could be helpful for others too. So decided to launch.
