Building a cheaper alternate for fitness coaches

hey guys i am doing a third launch same product but different execution

  • First time i launch it was a web b2c to track workouts, water, food. Launch did okay but made no money

  • Second time made an android app, put some ads on the product got 10K download but conversion was super hard and I lost interest in building it because i just didn't believe what i was building worth it.

  • Third launch now: FitComrade is a B2B platform for online fitness/habbit/nutrition/yoga coaches to create UNLIMITED reusable workout plans for UNLIMITED clients

    • I did a small crash course on capcut and made a video around it on it's free tier

    • The third attempt took me 1.5 months of continuous effort tbh, it drained me. But after thinking about this for 1.5 years I think i was able to remove so many features, redo the same flow many times that I thought that this is how i simplify life for coaches and help them save time.

    • So please let me know what you think about this product this time https://www.producthunt.com/prod...

First time launching a product, excited!

Hey I'm Doug, i've been quietly building a few apps to launch here on PH, first one launched today called Wordloop https://www.producthunt.com/prod....

I've never really explored PH before or shared anything, and i'm trying to get over my fear of launching in public, so people don't steal my ideas. I know that sounds kinda crazy!

Community wisdom needed: quick question about “returning” launch themes (metaverse/web3)

Hey everyone,

I'm Max. I m building Web3Trackers (on-chain attribution for marketing teams) and trying to learn how people think about positioning here.
I ve noticed AI devtools/coding agents dominate attention right now, while some themes seem to come back in waves (metaverse -> spatial -> avatars/AI companions, web3 cycles, etc.).
Curious to know, when your product sits in a returning theme, what framing tends to work best on PH: lean into the theme, translate it into a current wedge (AI/devtools), or lead purely with outcome/use case?
Would love 1 2 examples you ve seen work.

Great to be here, I’m excited to join this community.

Hi everyone!

My name is King, and I m an experienced app developer who helps businesses turn ideas into real, working products. Over the years, I ve built mobile and web apps for startups, entrepreneurs, and growing companies from simple MVPs to full-scale business platforms.

I love working with founders who have big ideas but need a reliable technical partner to bring them to life. Whether it s launching a new app, improving an existing one, or scaling a product, I focus on building solutions that are practical, user-friendly, and business-driven.

Looking forward to connecting, learning from you all, and hopefully collaborating on some amazing projects. Thanks for having me here!

Hi, I’m Peter — building TaskHuddle for teams on the field 🚀

Hey everyone!

I m Peter, founder of TaskHuddle. We re solving a problem most project management tools ignore: field teams.

While office teams live in dashboards, field teams are out on-site taking photos, sending voice notes, and giving quick updates. TaskHuddle turns these real-world updates into structured tasks, schedules, risks, and client-ready reports automatically, so managers get visibility without chasing their team or manual reporting.

We just launched on Product Hunt yesterday and are gathering feedback from makers, PMs, and anyone managing distributed or field-heavy teams.

Hey PH! I'm Christian, co-founder of Ekamoira; launching next week :)

Hey everyone

I'm Christian, co-founder of Ekamoira, a digital marketing agency turned AI-powered SEO platform based in Austria.

Quick background: We started as an agency in 2021, got frustrated with how opaque SEO tools were, and decided to build our own. Now we're focused on helping businesses get visible in AI search engines namely ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.

We're launching our first Product Hunt product on January 14th: a hosted MCP server that connects Google Search Console to AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT.

Here is my life story

Hi, I m Emirhan.

After graduating with a degree in Economics, I started applying for white-collar jobs at the age of 22. Like many new graduates, I received little to no feedback. To avoid being unemployed, I took a blue-collar job as a CNC operator through my brother, who was already working at a factory. They were clear: there was no open position at the time, but they planned to move to a larger facility and would need staff. I accepted, while being transparent from day one that I would continue pursuing white-collar opportunities if they came up.

I did my best to perform well, even though manual work was not my strongest skill. Eventually, I was contacted by another company for a white-collar role and invited for an interview. I informed HR at the factory honestly. They asked me to wait. About a year and a half later, I had a meeting with HR and the department manager I would be working with. We shook hands and agreed to move forward. I was told there would be a trial period, followed by a proper salary.

During that time, I didn t limit myself to my job description. I learned accounting tasks, supported the production department even though I was in logistics and planning, and spent time with maintenance and quality teams. I wanted to understand the whole system. Months passed, but the promises were delayed. When I asked, I was told it would be handled. Just before the new year, I raised the issue again. They made an exception and gave me a very small raise. When the annual raise came, it was applied on top of that low trial salary, which felt unfair. I communicated this calmly and respectfully, but nothing changed.

Hi Product Hunt community 👋 I’m Fernando, founder of BreakFitUp.

I m building a small but focused software to help teams improve workplace wellbeing through smart active breaks short, guided moments that help reduce stress, fatigue, and sedentary habits during the workday.

The idea came from my own experience (and from teams around me) spending long hours in front of a screen, knowing we should take breaks but rarely doing it consistently. I wanted to create something lightweight, non-intrusive, and actually usable in real work environments.

Right now, BreakFitUp focuses on things like hydration reminders, guided stretches, and short exercises that fit naturally into the work flow especially for remote and desk-based teams.

I m here to learn from the community, get honest feedback, and connect with other makers who care about building healthier products and teams.
If you ve launched a B2B or wellness-related product before, I d love to hear what worked (or didn t) for you.
