It was good, but now it forces itself to die:
- It has too many UI distractions (popups)
- Its comment section is one of the useless UX on the industry.
- In comment detail page, you see related articles list instead of the responses first.
- Constantly (more than 50% of the time) suggests premium articles on your feed and you cant opt out
- It constantly shows you premium articles which you have to pay. You can not opt out. Premium articles are also on google search list, so you can open premium article without knowing which decreases your premium article monthly read limit

The logo looks like a ream of newspaper being rolled through a printing press. Not sure if that’s what you guys were going for. But that’s what it reminds me of. Tbh I wouldn’t automatically associate that with Medium. It’ll be interesting to see how they brand that.
