This is great, a lifetime option coming?
Sébastien Robaszkiewicz
@salman_chishti Thanks for your message Salman! We don't have any plans for a lifetime option yet, but we'll soon add a free trial period and a yearly plan :) Hope that helps, let me know if you have any other questions!

Feedback / chat tool not working, Resources is spelled wrong on export page. Add tool tips to the icons at top. I don't see how to add motion, so if it can be done it should be more obvious. You need an alignment tool for moving the bars in the timeline - it currently snaps to the end of a bar being moved, but I needed one at the end of the earlier bar. 4s animation export seems to have stalled at "encoding mp4" Could use a group select and grouping tools. Ability to select multiple objects by dragging around them. Ability to define them as a group. Can't select an object behind another one.

@new_user_1873203600 Thanks a lot for the feedback again Jack, this is really helpful. We're pushing a fix this week for some HD exports that could remain stuck at the “Encoding to mp4” step. We'll make sure to improve the other points too, these are great remarks. Thanks for your patience!

Feedback looks like it works on Firefox, did not on Chrome. Having started on Chrome, I switched to Firefox to see if the export was working better there. Had to generate a new login key via email. Got it and logged in with the same email as on Chrome. No files present, so it seems to be a "different" account. Needs work! The export works in Firefox for me, did not in Chrome. Either you have a Chrome problem or I have a setting that's interfering big time.

@new_user_1873203600 Hi Jack, yes we are working on a fix to share files across any browser, this update should be online this week! :) We need to dig deeper the problem with Chrome, can you kindly reach out to us via email? Thanks!

I found the problem with adding motion. In Chrome, there is no In/Out/Custom header on the animation panel. It is present in Firefox, so can add the motion in Firefox.

@new_user_1873203600 Hi Jack, thanks for your feedback – the tool has been optimized for Chrome so we are surprised you experienced problems on this browser. Can you reach out to us at hello [at] jitter.video so we can have a look together? Thanks!
