Here're 4 steps you can take to maximize your interview chance.

1. Use our proven ATS templates and pain-free Super Editor to create your resume(s).

   • Don't use Google Doc or Word. Why do you have to struggle with alignment, padding, margin, font style, etc? You may end up spending more time in formatting than writing actual resume content.

   • Don't use Canva or Figma. The resumes may look pretty. What's a catch? ATS may not like PDF files generated by the graphic design tools.

2. Check your Job Match Score before applying.
