Is there a way to add content from a Chrome extension?

Well done on the launch!

Very excited about this. Was a big fan of the Pocket database that suggested reads in certain topics but it was very limited. Is there an option to save the reads that you find interesting for later or get an overview of all your upvotes and submitted reads?
