hello.. I have purchased this product.. before 2 days.. I liked demo.. working fine with 10 seconds video.. when i purchase growth plan.. and given 2 minutes. its not giving result as per my expectation.. so I cancelled this subscription and seeking refund.. as only one video is being created. ! vaghelahimanshu2009@gmail.com is my email id from which i purchased.. support team is not looking this email.. what would be my next step for this ?
