At what point did WhatsApp stop working for your business as a simple inbox?

We’ve seen a lot of businesses start on WhatsApp because it’s simple and customers already use it. At some point, though, things get harder—messages come in at all hours, multiple people reply, context gets lost, and follow-ups slip through.
