From day one, the mission has been to build an all-in-one, agentic engineering platform that supports you wherever you are.

It started with a extension, launched 18 months ago, then a plugin, 6 months later. Both ranked among the Top Products on .

is now available on your phone. Download now:

S/O to for the stellar job here -

Looking forward to seeing what you'll be building with .

As agentic engineering has evolved, I’ve found myself spending more and more time in the same loop:

  1. Give an agent a task and wait for it to create a PR.

  2. Review the PR and merge it.

  3. Repeat.

Eventually, I realized I didn’t need to be at my desk for any of this. I could keep work moving while getting on with the rest of my day. That realization led to the Kilo mobile app.

The goal is simple: everything you can do at your desk, I want you to be able to do from your phone too (or a tablet, if you want to get fancy).

It has completely changed how I work. I use the app to build the app. I can take a walk in the park in the middle of the day while my agents keep working. A trip to the bank? No problem. A vet appointment? I can review a PR from the waiting room.

I care deeply about making Kilo the best way to work from your phone, but I know your workflow may look different from mine. If you try the app and find something missing, please open an issue in our GitHub repo. The app is open source, and I’ll gladly consider your request.

 you're the 🐐

S/O for the great work on this update! and looking forward to seeing what the community is building with

Congrats on launching! Looks really good, will definitely check it out

 Thank you!

appreciate the support! go download it and make sure to add your review here:

Whats the main use case you see for mobile users? Are people building features from their phones, or mostly reviewing PRs and managing agent sessions?

Congrats & team.

 hey! Thanks for the question!
It's both. The idea was to build an app that can cover the whole workflow. As for my personal use case, I usually use it for the new landing pages/landing pages updates, including research and implementation. And I also review PRs of my colleagues.

thank you for your continuous support, you rock

Skipped mobile agent tools since i'm usually at my desk, but the real case is a quick fix when i'm out with no laptop. does it pick up my existing project or do i set it up fresh on the phone? 🤔

Congrats on your launch btw 😃

There are essentially two modes you can use it in:
1. Cloud agent mode - where you need to connect your repo provider (1-time), and then your repos are always available
2. Remote cli session - where you control an instance running on your computer, as if you're sitting at your desk

The app has been such a game changer to my coding workflows!

The app has been such a game changer to my coding workflows!

strong +1 and it's open source. oss ftw

This looks useful. Can it host an entire app for mobile ? For example, if I want to vibe code a specific type of usecase on my phone directly, can it do that and run it?

Good luck with the launch!

The mobile app doesn't run any code itself, it acts as a client for cloud agents or cli sessions running on your own computer.

Thank you!

 thank you!
No, it doesn't host the entire app. For my work related tasks, I use Vercel and have all credentials ready on my local machine to deploy the apps.

 thanks for the support!

the facts are that can build kilo from the kilo app are the pretty cools .
congrats on the launch team!!!

exactly! from day one, has been on a mission to build an all-in-one, agentic engineering platform that supports you wherever you are.

In response to the forum question you asked a couple of months ago, I remain very much human-in-the-loop, which was why I was initially sceptical of using a mobile app. But after seeing Igor's post, it occurred to me that the loop I really value is the PR review loop, not the file edit approval loop. They are two distinct issues and I had confused the two.

Looks very promising, congrats on the launch!

 Thank you!
