Been using this product for the last month and love it. Superhuman hotkeys, trello-style kanban + collab functions, markdown notes within each ticket. I particularly love the sizing + impact hot keys you can put on each ticket. Best of multiple worlds and it works seamlessly.

Congrats on the launch! I like the idea behind it. As an engineer working in a big tech company. The back and forth communication is really a big headache. Kitemaker seems a perfect tool to bridge the gap!
