As a person that loves to journal daily (and losing pens doing so), I have been looking into finding a digital platform to track my mood and habits. Ladder has made it easier for me to do so! This app is simple and direct, and makes it incredible easy to input my goals. So far I have tackled on what I needed to work on the most, my sleeping schedule and caffeine intake (bubble tea is just too good!) Since I am shifting back into work, it is difficult for me to adjust into a working environment. Ladder has helped motivate me by allowing me to track my progress and my daily reminders around my schedule. This ensures that I actually wake up motivated. I also really love the cute emoticons ha.

@alison_nguyen Habit tracking is one of the core functions of Ladder, but what makes us different is linking those habits to emotional outcomes. Tracking streaks and completions are great, but helping people understand how they impact their well-being is our goal!
