I have to say, I was a bit skeptical at first, but Landa has completely changed my mind. I have been using the app for about 6 months now and it has been an amazing experience. The customer service is great and I have made a lot of money from my investments. 100% recommend!

My friend introduced me to this app and I must say, I'm pretty hooked. We're always looking for new investment opportunities and this seems like a really great way to get started in real estate investing. The only question I have is, what happens if the property I'm invested in goes up in value? Can I reinvest part of my return back into the app to buy more shares of that property, or do I have to cash out and reinvest the money elsewhere?

@dani_ioscovich great question! One of the most exciting aspects of real estate investing is that properties can appreciate over time. Dividends from appreciation or rental payments can definitely be re-invested right back into other properties on Landa.

There are several ways we work to keep Landa accounts safe and secure: all accounts are SIPC insured and identifying details are secured through HMAC encryption at all times. For an in-depth breakdown of our security measures check out our Security page in our Help Center! Regarding regulations: Landa utilizes Regulation A of the Securities Act of 1933.

I love the idea of being able to invest in real estate without having to come up with a large down payment. Are the return rates constant or do they fluctuate?

@shanty246 we can never guarantee dividend payments as they depend on a variety of factors (rent paid, expenses...) this also means that dividends may fluctuate over time.

This is by far the best real estate investing app that I have come across. Among other things, I love that it is available to use in multiple states and that there are a variety of properties to choose from. Only thing I would like to see is more markets added!
