Thanks Mount! It doesn't come with multi-tenancy out of the box, but you can follow the examples to add it easily:

Can a non-developer launch this with a single click?

This would be hard for non-developers, as it's a full-code solution. You can launch it, and it will be online, but you'd need someone who understands Remix and React to make changes :)
But I can use AI to make some modification if required?
