LaunchOS - Align OKRs, plan launches and product roadmaps, in Notion

@mac_czaj We start from the high level goal/ product vision, then break it down into objectives. Each objective may last one or more quarters, but each quarter it will have at least one key result tied to it which must be done in that quarter. Zooming out, the Objectives can link from one to another (like the engineering example in the video) where the performance KR need to be fulfilled before scaling manufacturing! Essentially, the roadmap is then basically OKR-driven, which makes it crystal clear.
