Since the day I came across LEON's messaging some 10 or 11 months ago, and since the day I got to start sharing the message of LEON myself, I can honestly say this has been one of the most exciting journeys of my life.
What an amazing product.
What an amazing team.
What an amazing mission.
Oh, and the cool thing is we're just getting started. The roadmap for this product is out of this world.
Bunch, W. (2017, March 10) said it best, “the solution is…more data, collected more frequently, and then put to better use with the help of modern high-tech analytics" aka LEON (plus a few other cool tricks up our sleeve).

@klajko_dora From a product perspective, we have a boat load of data that has been internally validated to "signal" burnout in teams. (based on our own comparatives studies, along with work some work we did with an HRV product looking for correlations between low HRV variables and our data)
That said, how we look at this is much more from understanding the stress response and recovery cycle of teams, and less about eliminating stress all together.
For example, we understand that high stress will happen in teams, what our product does is signal and track that trend for teams, while providing Playbooks for managers to implement to either reduce stress or increase stress within the specific metric.
LEON is much more of a framework for managers to use as an actionable diagnostic tool, then it is a mental health or wellness product.

@bryan_smith5 Thanks it is important to clarify this. Burn-out is a serious syndrome that can lead to severe conditions. This is clearly a challenge that needs to be addressed on many levels, so thank you for the app!
