LEON - A SaaS tool to end burnout and build high performing teams

The LEON team is forward thinking, communicative, easy to work with...and they ooze culture, just like their product. They are actually fun to work with. They make content that could be potentially mundane to some, easy to read/interactive/enjoyable. They provide a tool that puts information into action so you can get tangible business impact. Solid product.

Yes I’d have a serious look at this tool! I was provided a demo and it is extremely interesting. It’s a growing trend and all the big players are entering this market. What I feel about Leon is that it also affects people on a more personal level. It’s not just a dry tool collecting and presenting metrics but it also stimulates you to think and incorporate actions to improve the well-being of your team or yourself as a contributor.

I'm cheering everything that's been said and I also add race to the conversation because I believe the topic cannot be ignored as we begin to have hard and sometimes uncomfortable conversations about the future of work. I appreciate that Leon tackles DEI with its Playbooks! Just got onboarded last week and I am amazed! I've never seen anything like Leon's platform. Let's work!

The team at LEON is doing a stellar job - breathing life and change into an often over complicated and time consuming aspect of any startup / small business. Having people as passionate and talented as this team behind a product and service is all and more than someone could often as for. A service is only as strong as those who created it, and they have it covered on all fronts. Can’t wait to see the effects soon!
