Firstly, this video is AMAZING!! Secondly, I LOVE how LEON is addressing things like employee happiness, culture and overall wellbeing of employees. This is incredibly needed in our society today and I as a manager myself, it's incredibly helpful to have a pulse on our employees!! Keep up the great work Leon!!

We all have spent a lot of time trying to nail the "super power people inside of companies" thing and think we have it down to a science...
It goes a little something like this:
Stress has been demonized unfairly; we need stress to help us improve. Without it, we atrophy.
But how much? When? What kind? Why?
Currently, we rely on managers (like Amanda in accounting or Dave the shift lead **shudders**) to know this all intuitively, and you know what that got us?
Mental health issues, burnout, low happiness, poor alignment, poor results, and an environment where 85% of employees essentially hate their jobs.
That's not ok.
So LEON gives those managers the data, playbooks, and coaching cues they need to develop high performing teams with low turnover.
We do that across 6 metrics: happiness, burnout, grit, adaptability, inclusion and alignment,
We aggregate that data, anonymize it, roll it up to managers, and trigger cues for them off it.
This results in positive stress adaptations (stress signal + proper recovery = super-compensation aka increase your capacity as a person.).

Great video! But more importantly, amazing concept! Really looking forward to giving it a test run. I expect it to become nothing short of an invaluable tool in our ongoing efforts to not only build an awesome work environment - but to keep it there!
As we've been growing, and getting busier and busier, it's imperative for the success of our organization that we don't lose our ever-deepening institutional knowledge, and that our employees stay fully motivated & engaged. Though that fact has always been obvious enough to us, we never really had a way of managing that, nor measuring & monitoring our employees' satisfaction in a reliable and timely fashion. But now that this product has been presented to us, I truly believe it could be the missing piece we needed in helping us meet and exceed these goals, by helping us get ahead of problems before they get ahead of us.
I feel much more confident moving our business into its next growth phase with this tool in our arsenal. Very exciting!
