This is such an interesting concept. I recently wrote a post on LinkedIn about the incoming surge of turnover - citing burnout as a major cause. Going to take a look at LEON to see if it's something we could use in my organization.

This seems really interesting. Having a company that does not burn out employees, puts time into making sure they are happy is a successful company

I'm really excited at the potential of this product. Performance is not a one-size fits all approach and managers need more and more tools to be adept at handling a complex array of needs and situations. I feel like Leon is getting closer to heart of the problem by taking those factors on board.
