This is useless. I bought it yesterday. If I convert simple text without any additional attributes, it somehow converts it. If I add any additional attributes it keeps failing and failing with error message. After converting the audio I couldn’t download it ever. I saved it as a podcast and then tried to enable it. Since yesterday, I’m unable to publish (enable the toggle) on the podcast. What a creepy service!! On top of that, I have been searching for support contact information which I couldn’t get anywhere. Just a couple of useless help topics. No support contact information anywhere. Is this a joke??? I’m returning this deal if these issues are not resolved as soon as possible and things don’t get smooth.

I wasn't too sure about text to speech software previously, as most of the software generates robotic sounding speech that just sounds terrible.
Then I came across Listnr, and trying out their trial, I made a test run and sent the voice clip to some friends and also my wife and asked them how it sounded. Guess what, all of them said it sounded like a real person talking. That's what really convinced me to jump aboard the Listnr bandwagon.
So if you're really looking for realistic sounding text to speech conversion, then do give Listnr a go, I'm pretty sure you won't regret it.

Listnr is one of the best audio blog solutions out there. It's easy to turn your articles into an engaging podcast in a matter of minutes and publish it on your website! There are lots of languages you can choose from, as well as many other features like hosting podcasts, distributing them through different streaming services such as iTunes or Spotify.

The idea is simple and straightforward. Speechify was what I used and is still much more robust, but I am still looking forward that this product catches up.
So, far there are still some problems with converting some pages and I can't select the speaker (German etc. only English) when using the Chrome extension. If auto-detection doesn't work, maybe an user assist (point and click) to select the content could help. The extension also is very verbose in the console (debug-mode). I am waiting on a push and updates. Is there a changelog somewhere?

I found a bug while testing the conversion from text (in Brazilian Portuguese) to voice. I activated the support, and they couldn't solve it. They asked me for 24 hours and 5 days have passed without any return. Some conversions don't work. The system hangs with an error message.
It's a great tool for storing podcasts, but I found it poor for converting text to speech. More resources are needed to give different emphasis to words or phrases, to appear more human. Current options are quite limited.

Excelente product.
Listnr has superb english voices. I’m using it for spanish voiceovers and there are 2 or 3 great female voices, but all the rest of spanish language female voices, and all the spanish male voices are so robotic, making them unusable. If you can add some more goods voices in spanish this product will be really perfect.

Hey Guys, Great work! The platform looks flawless. Also I own a decentralised podcast platform. maybe you can have some integration with Aureal too. I would definitely recommend this to my podcasting community.
Cheers!

I had used other podcasting platforms and then Listnr. Well, I could say that after using Listnr I went 180 degrees with my podcast. This is future of podcasting available right now. Other platforms will have to copy Listnr to be able to keep users. I recommend it highly
