I was an early adopter of LiveFlow. Here's why: Me before LF: ✔️QB>Client>Download Report1 in Excel>copy/paste analytics overlay>adjust analytics because links break>review>Make adjustments in QB>Download PDF "final" report. ✔️Repeat above 4 more times for 4 different reports (for "average" clients - with some we have 8 different reports). ✔️Download and send "finals" to client. ✔️Client requests changes. ✔️Changes made>download "revised" financials>send to client. We have over 70 clients, and there are only two of us in the company, so you can imagine... Now: ⬆️Build a standard set of reports in LF for one client. Save as "template". ⬆️Apply template to each client. ⬆️⬆️⬆️Done for the year. The YEAR! (I wish I could type this louder.)⬆️⬆️⬆️ Reports are sitting in my client's Google folders, happily updating every hour. My clients can look at them whenever they want, make comments, answer comments, etc. All the analytics are built in. All the analysis is done. LiveFlow is a powerhouse for our "back end". We are saving at LEAST two full days each month because of using LF. (And not for nothing, but the support is off the charts.) However many stars are available, I click them all. LiveFlow is invaluable to our small bookkeeping firm.
