Wonderful tool. Started using Loom a few months ago and am using it more all the time! Really useful for quickly point out errors or explaining something to someone when you can't be there face to face. It just works. Great product.

I really love concept behind the product. The integration with the chrome extension is seamless and you can have the same feeling as recording a voice message in Whatsapp, but for Slack. It just works and it's great to communicate ideas.
The thing is that it is still a small team in a polished MVP, and you can't make the video shooting a shared experience across an organization.
And I felt that support wasn't quite transparent with me. After almost 2 weeks of asking for the same issue, I still haven't received a proper answer more than "Our engineers are looking into this".
