I love using Loom to report and reproduce software bugs for our development team. It has significantly decreased the amount of time needed to explain the issues which in turn helps them get resolved quicker.

Loom has helped our team stay up to date on the latest news around the company. We use it to post a weekly update that any one can watch (whether in or out of office) at their convenience. It keeps things human and I love how my team feels more informed and engaged as a result.
Pros:Easy recording, and easy to share in a target Slack channel or private channel.
Cons:A bit nitpicky, but it does not autofill emojis when you type something like :tada:

I use loom for product demos, internal training, and videos for social media. It's a great product, really reliable in browser so no downloads. The easy to use editing and instant playback is incredible.
