@florin_biro Thanks 🧑 Actually, in HR world there is a traditional theory called β€œCarrot and Stick Motivation”. Here carrot stands for the reward. So, the idea of using the word carrot comes from this approach.
@alina_grigoryan makes a lot of sense Alina, thanks for explaining. FOr me first thing that comes into my head when someone uses the carrot analogy for rewarding is the dangling of the carrot in front of a donkey to make it walk. Which is not so positive of an analogy. But yours makes more sense for what this is.
