What do you actually want from a budgeting app?
I’m building LumaFlow, and one of the biggest things I want to avoid is adding features just because they sound good on paper.
I’d rather know what people actually want and use.
If you use a budgeting or personal finance app now, what feature matters most to you?
It could be things like:
bill tracking
bank syncing
savings goals
debt payoff tools
spending trends
forecasting
subscription tracking
custom categories
monthly summaries
alerts and reminders
something completely different
And just as important: what do budgeting apps usually get wrong or make harder than they need to be?
I’m especially interested in the little things that make you either keep using an app or delete it after a week.
I’m actively building LumaFlow now, so feedback here could genuinely influence what gets prioritized next.
