Design faster with our infinite canvas for generative UI. Prompt for anything you want, reference what you have already created, and link screens together to create working prototypes. Get inspired.
This launch is part of Mega Launch Week’s “Battle Royale”
👋 Hey Product Hunt,
Today we are launching our infinite canvas — now FREE to try on Magic Patterns.
Most generative UI tools come packed in a chat editor, but over the last year across many iterations we've rethought this.
Our customers at both startups and large enterprises have started creating their designs on our canvas.
The UX allows for many powerful features, such as:
1. Referencing existing designs & components
2. Prototyping across multiple screens
3. Customizing generations to your specific needs
What do you think of the canvas UX? How do you get design inspiration?
We’re shipping every day this week and here to build for you,
- Teddy & Alex
It's MEGA LAUNCH week and me and Teddy are so excited to be a part of it.
Inspired by tools like Figma, we've added an infinite canvas to Magic Patterns, so that you can generate designs for your website or app.
Simply prompt or upload an image and a new design is created.
Then, reference it to make a new design, but in the same style and aesthetic.
Some customers have started calling it "Cursor for Design."
We want to know what Product Hunt thinks. How are you using the canvas?
@terrence_kelleman Hey Terrence, sorry you ran into that error! I think one of our upstream providers had a small blip — I re-triggered your generation here: Cyber Week RFID Blocking Card Ad
Let us know what you think!

@teddyni that's cool, well done 👏 addressing the issue so quickly and adding the link 🔗 I can't wait to dig into this.
@terrence_kelleman Of course, here to help! Would love to hear what you think, feel free to message me on Twitter or message us in the chat widget on Magic Patterns itself!
Congrats on the launch @alexdanilowicz@teddyni.
How flexible is the customization - can users fine-tune the generated designs to match their brand styles?
Congrats on the launch! This sounds super cool for designers. I’m curious, how flexible is the canvas for more complex stuff—can you easily link multiple screens or layers together? And when it comes to generating UI, does it offer any smart suggestions or is it more of a freeform prompt-based thing? Would love to hear how it makes designing faster!
@michael_yagudaev — To answer your question directly, we only support React web right now, but most of customers actually don't use Magic Patterns for the code. Instead, they use us to visually communicate with their team.
So, for example, for users making mobile apps, they'll use our viewport settings feature to toggle their design to a mobile view and then share that design with an engineer.
The engineer might look at the Magic Patterns produced code, but it's generally the visual that's the hardest part and the part that we help with the most!

Magic Patterns already meant so much to me as a UX Designer. Thanks to MP, I have made my first AI tool with an AI tool - how cool!
