Hello everyone, Deniz here from ModularMind.
We’re excited to launch public beta for Maia, your AI co-worker that can take your work off your plate. Instead of just giving you answers, Maia listens to how you work, then plans and executes tasks for you across multiple platforms. It lays out its planning in a visual canvas so you can understand, refine, and trust the workflow before it runs, ensuring consistent, repeatable results.
What you can do with Maia
- Describe your work in your own words: Whether it’s a short request or detailed instructions, Maia understands and gets to work.
- Get an instant step-by-step plan: No coding, and no complicated flow builders. Everything happens in plain natural language.
- Connect to your favorite platforms: Maia retrieves data and takes action across third party platforms through Connections. Unlike traditional rigid workflow automation tools, Maia can discover and use all available actions automatically to solve your task.
- Deploy workflows with confidence: Run them once or set them to repeat on a schedule, trigger them from 3rd-party platforms, or chain them together to fully automate your work with modular workflows.
🚀 We’re opening a public beta, so everyone can try Maia out and start automating their work. We’re excited to see what you’ll automate with it! 🚀

@roozbehfirouz It's currently relying on workflows you build with Maia, possibly with use of note taking on a platform of your choice, like Google Docs, to use it as memory. It will have a built-in memory to track progress and improve itself over time in the near future.
Congrats on the launch! What natural language understanding does Maia use for interpreting complex instructions complex instructions

Interesting, excited to see how to progresses and integrates with my work flow.

Love the simplicity — turning natural language into automated workflows feels like the ultimate productivity hack. Maia as a “teammate” makes AI feel approachable and practical. Curious: how customizable are the workflows it generates, and can users tweak them after Maia creates them?

Congrats on the launch, @dnzozcan ! One architectural question: for workflows that need human approval gates during execution (not just at planning), how does Maia handle state persistence? Like if someone needs to pause mid-workflow, get colleague feedback on a draft, then resume from that exact point. We've found that's where most autonomous tools break down, the handoff between "AI executes" and "human validates" gets messy without explicit save points.

Intriguing! Does it learn your workflow over time or rely on predefined automations?

Love the simplicity - “describe what you need” is exactly the UX we all want from AI. Excited to see how you handle context and follow-ups. Congrats!
