Really cool idea, polished product! I've done my own passport photos for years in Photoshop (6 on a 4x6 print for about 15¢). Never ran in to an issue, definitely saves some money.

Cool idea, I would use this but I feel like there is an element missing. In Canada (and I believe many other countries.. it was the same when I got a visa for biz travel to India), walmart or wherever has to stamp the back of the photo with their business information, date and I believe they have to sign it. So..when you go to Walmart to get your photo taken, getting photo is only step 1. The other, key step is their verification of the date it was taken, etc...any plans to do this part on your end and send out the physical photos?

@lyondhur No Lyondhur, the submitted images get automatically deleted within 24 hours. The Ai is already well trained, we have partnered with an external organization which builds the model for us with their own data.

I have used an iOS app called ‘ID Passport Photo’ for the last year that does exactly the same for just about every id photo format in the world. It works ok, not fantastic. But the image is retained locally on my iPhone so I have control of the material, which I like.

@cmottes Hi Chris, its understandable. We have automatic crons in place that deletes the photos within 24 hours of creation. Could I ask you for a suggestion. How can we make the data policy and process more transparent and comfortable for you?

I just tried the free version and felt that I am missing some features but then I noticed them in the paid versions :). Pretty cool product. Looking forward to using it in the near future. I have a small question about photo delivery by post- Is this option available for all countries mentioned in the dropdown menu on the home page?
