Hey everyone 😊, I'm Manel, Head of Marketing at Meander! I joined this amazing team 4 months ago and have been using Meander since then for my own career development (super inspiring and energising to exchange and learn from you, my mentors on the platform!). I'm very excited about the launch of our new feedback tool today for a few reasons: - We’ve all been there… receiving feedback that’s well-intentioned but doesn’t quite hit the mark, leading to frustration or demotivation. Our tool can save hours of questioning :). We wait until feedback is shared by at least 3 people to create and send an unbiased report of insights, reviewed by a career coach - On top of the summarised insights, the person also receives a list of recommended actions. It helps build a career development plan that’s based on real insights from people who work or worked with you - And finally - you can ask for informal feedback more frequently, knowing it won’t be a daunting task for the person sharing their insights! Hope you find our new tool useful too!! :) We can't wait to hear what you think.

We’re streamlining the process of collecting various types of feedback on your professional self, minimizing friction and time spent on both the feedback giver’s and receiver’s ends. To get started, simply choose one of our templates. Options include ‘First 90 Days at a New Company,’ ‘Identifying Your Superpowers and Areas for Growth,’ ‘Review of a Specific Skill,’ among more than 20 other templates. Next, select a few people from whom you’d like to receive input, set a deadline for us, and then just wait a bit! In the meantime, we’ll gather input from your feedback circle and compile it into a comprehensive 360-degree report for you. This report will include actionable steps you can take to achieve your goals or improve your skills. So, in short: we help you collect feedback and make informed career decisions. 🙂

Well, no secrets there, success is my driving force! Over the past six months, I've had the opportunity to hear and celebrate many amazing winning moments, as well as observe the growth of both learners and mentors on Meander. And it's an incredibly rewarding experience! Very cool! I love the idea of lightweight feedback mechanisms. I've seen services like this for a long time targeted at companies for use in performance reviews and career tracking, but never also targeted at individuals tracking feedback personally. The simple UI is nice!
