I've used the platform for more than 6 months and it's been a great way to connect with mentees and coaching clients. I appreciate that the platform collects reviews and has a low commission. The support channel is also very responsive. They've quickly fixed issues and implemented ideas I've shared to improve the product for my use cases.
An area for improvement would be the ability to connect with mentees already on the platform. They have a feature where you can do some outreach but I've had limited success with it. I mostly bring clients to the platform from my own channels. It also still needs to support discounts or coupon codes for clients.
This is a really interesting concept! My team is working on something related, particularly for SWEs and more focused on technical skill gaps/interview readiness. SO important in this particular market to be working on tools to help professional development.
Do you integrate with LinkedIn at the moment? I know some employers also have their own performance management/feedback system in-house — would be awesome to get plugged into companies to be used internally, too!
