Great ressource. Thanks for sharing it. But looking at the OKR sets I wonder if those are really objectives and key results. Most of the KR look more like tasks and can only be measured with 0 or 1. In addition most are about output and not outcome. I know that this is the hardest part in setting good OKRs but this is what makes OKRs different from To Do Lists.
