This is going to be such a massive time saver for so many tech leaders out there. Way to add value to teams everywhere. I'm thrilled to contribute to such a robust & awesome resource. Great work!
@veronica_krieg Thanks so much Veronica!! So glad we could get you and the Sharpen team to contribute some awesome support goals!! 👏 Your support means everything!
Am I in future? I just went ahead 2 years in time, to become a senior manager and see from that level how to be the best.
Great content guys.
You crushed it.
There is a lot of info for free. Let me make good use of it. :)
Great ressource. Thanks for sharing it.
But looking at the OKR sets I wonder if those are really objectives and key results. Most of the KR look more like tasks and can only be measured with 0 or 1. In addition most are about output and not outcome. I know that this is the hardest part in setting good OKRs but this is what makes OKRs different from To Do Lists.
@ingoingoingo I hear you. Some really good ones in there but others are just simple “goals”. Most were submitted by real people who scrubbed their real goals...
If you’ve got great real-life examples I’d love to include them in the list. Would certainly be helpful for the community!! Send me a note? brennan at SoapboxHQ.com
