Reminder - A better reminders app

by

Reminder is the best way to keep track of your reminders on iOS. Quickly add multiple reminders in a row using the return key. Set time and location alarms to make sure you don’t forget the important stuff. The interface was designed to fit right in with other first party apps. Reminder was built to be quick to launch and easy on your battery.

Redeemed J9FP9MP6NWAE Thank you! Looking forward to trying this app. I have forever been on the hunt for the perfect 'Reminder' app. Hope this is the one!

@riteshmandaliya I hope so too!

Any plans to add persistent reminders? similar to what Due does.
Mark D.
@jqlive By persistent, do you mean recurring? You should be able to do that using a time alarm.
J.Quintanilla
@mpdifran yeah, but somehow that never works as well in other apps as it does on Due.
Mark D.
@jqlive I'll have to check out Due to see what you mean.

How does it work? Cant seem to figure out the way to add notes/ reminders! BTW I purchased the app. And I like the black theme!
Mark D.
@bochkovaleks Thanks for the feedback! You can add reminders using the plus button next to each lists’ title. Shoot me an email if you’re still having issues.

Had to use the "A better reminders app" to find it on the UK App Store... :(
Mark D.
@chrisssycollins Yeah ASO is a bit of an issue. Need to figure out how to make it more findable.

Looks great. I didn't see anyone else ask, any future plans of making an Android version? Currently I use Keep for many reasons over better reminder/to-do apps, a big one being the tie-in to my Google account and being able to use it on the web too. Being used to that type of arrangement, it's hard using another similar app that just resides on my phone.
Mark D.
@arthurgd3 I've had a few requests for an Android version from some friends, but I think my time would be better focused on macOS + watchOS + new features. Plus the app directly integrates with EventKit, which doesn't exist outside Apple's ecosystem.

Does it work with Siri? I use Siri to do 90% of my reminders.
Mark D.
@lukepeerfly since it integrates with the built in reminders app, you can use Siri to set reminders and have them appear in the app. Due to limitations of the apis however, the app needs to be launched, or a background refresh needs to occur for notifications to be scheduled. I am looking into adding my own Siri extension, but right now I’m having name conflicts with the default reminders app.

I have been using this app since launch and am now part of the beta program! Thank you for being an awesome dev. I have 1 request: Please make the alternate dark icon true black like Apollo's.
