I’m curious about how domain authentication is handled - is it verified through domain records at the domain provider? Also, when you mention “X emails” in the billing, does that refer to X templates sent to unlimited recipients, or X total recipients regardless of the template?

Is it Claude Opus 4.5, GPT-4, Gemini, or a custom model? Also, how does the AI handle multi-language generation and ensure brand consistency? Quick question -can I connect my own domain for sending or does it only work through your infrastructure? We send transactional plus marketing emails and switching sending providers is always the painful part.
