I'm curious what challenges did you face building the chatbot in Monterey - did you have to spend a lot of time optimizing the RAG for accuracy & reliability?

This is super useful for indie hackers and entrepreneurs who are stuck with efficiency issues. A timely product insight at your hand can be more valuable than you ever imagined
Gave this a thumbs up because sifting through feedback manually is like finding a needle in a haystack. Having an AI to sort the wheat from the chaff is a yes for me.
I do wonder, how does Monterey AI prioritize customer feedback? Is it all about volume, or can it detect the urgency in the tone, maybe? Would love to know how it decides what's burning and what can simmer.
And talking about real-time insights – how fast are we talking? Does it get you the info while the iron's still hot, so you can act on it before it cools down? Would be awesome to see this in action, especially when you're racing against the clock to make product enhancements.
