For the non technical guy, like myself, this makes my day.

Lost links, new links, ranking on keywords and following the development.

Pros:

Gives a great overview on the value of my seo, 14 days free trial and lovely interface

Cons:

Missing som features, but they are coming. Also a bit pricy for a startup like mine.

But to answer your question: The thing with most SEO tools out on the market is that they work like a database - as you know you basically pay to get access to their data and it's all up to you to make sense of it. Moz & SEMrush are in general tools for SEO experts -- that is, people who actually understand everything related to SEO. So what we found is that for someone running a business or in a management position, all this data seems very complicated.
