@anisha_gupta4 I did, it's great, but it still needs to look through the whole resume for better results, for example if someone had a skill in the side projects or work experience sections, it won't show that the applicant has that skill when searching for it.

Ooooh, this one is really really good. I'm not an HR specialist, but I used to constantly participate in interviews as the head of the team. If I had had this tool then, it would have been much easier to get acquainted with candidates' backgrounds and experiences. Be sure I will let our HRs know about your tool. And best of luck, guys!

A great initiative by the team to save hours of manual work in organising and screening resumes. As soon as the resumes are uplaoded and scanned, the system pulls out all the important information and stores it in the table, which saves the manual labor of the HR of maintaining the resumes getting screened. Also, the Avya AI assistant is really handful for assisting in getting the right set of resumes as described. Kudos to the team, and all the best!!
