@dmitry_zakharov_ai @bdennis11907 agent behavior is fully configurable. If you want your agent to route to the human in complicated cases it will do it.
@bdennis11907 That's the right question, and it's where most of our work goes. The agent is scoped to what it's actually been given about the product, outside that it says so and offers to book a call with a human rather than improvise.
