Makes so much sense! No more answering "The customer already told us their requirement about this, I think it's documented somewhere in Google Drive or Notion", and then spending ages with Drive's search tool. Is there a general way to import / link data in a service that y'all don't integrate with? For example, our call recording transcripts are in a tool called Glyphic.

@neilsatra1 Yes indeed there is. You can just load .txt files to needle either via the UI or via the API. Both options are possible. What do you intent to build?
