Scan a business card, add voice context, get an AI-drafted follow-up — all before you leave the booth. NeverDrop turns every handshake into a closed deal.
Finally, just an app for transcription and nothing more happening locally on my computer, for free.
No shitty summary, no sensitive data issue. Just transcripts. You can do what you want with them.
By the way, I like the fact that it uses microphone and system sound instead of having a creepy robot added in meetings.

Hi Product Hunt 👋
I’m Christian, co-founder of NeverDrop, together with Marc.
After 20+ years in B2B sales, I kept seeing the same frustrating pattern at events and conferences.
You meet great people.
You collect business cards.
You have amazing conversations.
And then…
Many of those opportunities simply disappear.
Business cards get lost.
Notes are incomplete.
Follow-ups happen days later when the momentum is gone.
Yet the best deals often start with a handshake.
So we built NeverDrop.
The goal is simple:
turn every event conversation into a real sales opportunity.
With NeverDrop you can:
• Scan a badge or business card
• Record context with a quick voice note
• Generate a personalized follow-up instantly
• Sync everything to your CRM
👉 All before leaving the booth.
We’d love your feedback from the Product Hunt community.
Question for you:
How do you currently manage leads from events or conferences?
Thanks for checking out NeverDrop 🙏

We lost 3 warm leads at our last trade show because we forgot to follow up. This would have saved us. Scanning + voice note + draft email in one flow is exactly the right UX for a tool that follows you on the booths

Will remove a huge pain point to anybody attending conference events - no more completing extra-boring excels for lead tracking and follow-ups. what a relief
Pretty neat that I don't have to handle the annoying "is it ok if I auto transcript?" part of the conversation, especially in a sales-y context. Otherwise good app to remove that day-to-day friction, those stones in the shoe that end up holding you back or missing some important data a few days later.
During my time working as an inventory controller at expos, I saw how many leads and contacts get lost after events.
This looks like a great solution to that problem. (Always wondered about replacing the physical card, not because it's useless, but for a more functional way to turn leads into deals)
Excited to see where this goes.

Love the focused scope. Too many tools try to be a full CRM and end up being used by nobody. One job, done well. Rooting for this one.
Curious how it handles multilingual events. we do a lot of FR/EN mixte conferences. Does the AI draft the follow-up in the language of the card?
