@nightwatch @rebecca_nguyen Hello everyone! I'm Aljaž, one of the founders of Nightwatch. I wanted to share a story behind the product. Our quest in the SEO tools started in 2012 when we built our first product Ranktrackr that some of you know. With the observations and developments happening in the field, we launched Nightwatch as a successor, with the experience we have gathered, starting a product with more broad and specialized functionality. We have been pioneers in SERP tracking, being the first to bring Youtube tracking and precise tracking to the market, and Nightwatch is no different. Our focus on developing the product has been the UI, which we have designed to feel intuitive once you learn the basic principles of segmentation and filtering within the tool. Segmentation is one of the key abilities when you need to understand a website's behavior on a detailed level. This way, you can quickly narrow down segments of keywords, backlinks, site audit pages using the same logic, and reuse the segments that we call "views" on the detailed graphs, reports, and dashboards. This approach is especially useful when dealing with large or multiple websites at once, as it enables you to grasp the movements on a higher level. We aim to bring innovation to the SEO world, and I'm very excited to see the product being developed to reflect the new needs of understanding organic growth. We have more surprises that we're working on to share with you soon!

@zigojacko My man, could you share what exactly was about email reporting that let you down? We have made some improvements in the meantime, but would love to know how we could get this addressed for your agency.

@aljazfajmut I've just had a chance to log back in but obviously our trial has expired now and I can't see the option to carry out a basic test under a free account. Would you be happy to reinstate our trial so we can take another look and see what's changed and for me to have a look at the reporting options again so I can confirm if it is suitable for us?
