Maybe I'm dense, maybe I'm missing coffee, maybe I'm getting old, maybe I'm all of these but I am finding this unbelievably complex to use - I would not dream of setting this lose on a client.
Hotspots come and then disappear, clicking on images sometimes enlarges them, sometimes reduces them, sometimes calls up hotspots that then create what looks like code snippets in the comment box.
There doesn't seem to be a clear indication on the images that a comment has been left, there doesn't seem to be a way to make hotspots persistent so the next person can see that there's something that needs following up.
I've played with this now for ten minutes and I am as confused as can be.
